It's A Small World After All

Video games will probably be the reason why I don't go outside, but as long as The Urban Daily needs someone to talk about what's next instead of what's now, then me and my Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360 debug (I need that Wii connect ASAP) will continue to knock out these pieces for your (and mines) entertainment.
Recently, the homie Daniel Soriano and I went over to Porter Novelli (whattup Lisa!) to check out Playstation3's newest big kid game LittleBigPlanet. I was already pulled in by the crisp graphics, but was interested nonetheless about Sony's "Wii stopper."
The game is purely ran by the power of your imagination as stages and characters are created to fit your personality. Simply put, the shiite was fun to play.

From the games to the environments, it's all created through your imagination. At Porter Novelli, we played an insane game of jump rope that played this creepy music that sped up after each jump. But why would this really be fun for anyone with a full-time job? The online play!
Playstation is killing everyone, hands down, with the Internet browser and online capabilities. Besides the fact that the service is free, having it with this game allows you to compete and re-do works of art from the minds of gamers across the globe.
LittleBigPlanet is an interesting concept that's fun for most ages. Now, until Viacom and Rupert Murdoch gets their hands on this (or some perv with a Pornotube account), this "creative gaming" title remains pure. Look for it to hit stores in October, but stay tuned to TheUrbanDaily.com for the in-depth review of LittleBigPlanet.
